Here are some facts I found online about Men's nature, I backed it up with my personal opinion as a Guy.

1. Guys hate sluts.

I definitely do hate sluts. who doesn’t? Maybe if a guy’s a jerk, they’d fit perfectly.

2. "Hey, are you busy?" or "Are you doing something?" ~ two phrases guys open with to stop from stammering on the phone.

Also, “Hey, how have you been?” I don’t usually stammer over the phone, instead Im just silent. 

3. Guys may be flirting around all day but before they go to sleep, they always think about the girl they truly care about.

I can’t flirt, I don’t know how and I don’t think I could fit in that character. Haha

4. Before they call, guys try to plan out a little about what they're gonna say so there aren't awkward pauses, but once he's on the phone he forgets it all and makes it up as he goes.

True, Im someone with go-with-the-flow syndrome, I guess. :P

5. Guys go crazy over a girl's smile.

Especially hers… Hey Jobee, you know who you are!

6. Guys will do anything just to get you to notice him.

As a quote is saying, I hate to look stupid, but if it’s the only way you’ll notice me, why not?

7. Guys hate it when you talk about your ex-boyfriend or ex love-interest. Unless they're goin for the let-her-complain-to-you-and-then-have-her-realize-how-wonderful-and-nice-you-are method.

Or, unless its me to ask you. Sometimes, history matters, but just that.

8. A guy who likes you wants to be the only guy you talk to.

Oh, guys are like animals then; Territorial.  :))

9. Boyfriends need to be reassured often that they're still loved.

Its passive. Showing love with your partner should be consistent. It always takes two to tango, relationships involves two people loving, not someone loving the other.  And I think if they do really love each other, exchange of love will happen overtime even without them knowing it. I suggest, the moment someone felt he/she’s being loved less, there’s something wrong with the relationship, and it needs to be worked out.

10. Don't talk about your guy friends to your boyfriend.

I prefer openness. I would love to know everything that happens about her, even the times that she’s around her guy friends.

11. Guys get jealous easily.

Yes. But unlike most girls, guys don’t usually show it right away, we may start asking questions to observe if there’s something to be bothered about. If you tell stories about other guys with a smile on your face, we’ll feel very threatened.

12. Guys are more emotional than they'd like people to think.

That’s me, I hate people to pity me. Id rather show am strong and rude, than be called a crybaby.

13. Giving a guy a hanging message like "You know what?!..uh...nevermind.." would make him jump to a conclusion that is far from what you are thinking. And he'll assume he did something wrong and he'll obsess about it trying to figure it out.

I am persistent asking until answered. Haha, makulit ako eh. :D

14. Guys are good flatterers when courting but they usually stammer when they talk to a girl they really like.

Hmm, no idea. But personally, when I like someone, I would love to compliment her in every way but I find it hard to catch the right words and the right moment to do so.

15. Guys hate asking parents for money to buy girls presents. So they come up with ideas like saving their lunch money for a week. But it never works because guys are always hungry so they end up asking the parents for money anyway.

Crap, this doesn’t apply for someone self-sustained as I. I never asked for money from my parents to treat a girl. That’s just shameful, haha.

16. Girls are guys' weaknesses.

No comment. :D

17. Guys are very open about themselves.

(To the girl Im interested with) You can ask me anything, and I’ll answer casually. Its my pleasure to share you who I am, I don’t mind telling you my flaws because I don’t need to impress to be liked. I wanted to be accepted for who and how I am at my worst.

18. It's good to test a guy first before you trust him. But don't let him wait too long.

Patience is virtue though. :P

19. Your best friend, whom your boyfriend seeks help from about his problems with you may end up being admired by your boyfriend.

I don’t know, never been through this case. :D

20. If a guy tells you about his problems, he just needs someone to listen to him. You don't need to give advice.

Most guys are just too hard headed, we might listen but we don’t need the advice, we always have the decisions in mind already and what we need is just your support or approval.

21. A usual act that proves that the guy likes you is when he teases you.

This comes out naturally, right?

22. Guys love you more than you love them if they are serious in your relationships.

First things first, make sure he’s serious and you have nothing to worry about. If a guy is sincere, he can do everything for you.

23. Guys will brag about anything.

That’s given, lahat naman may tinatagong yabang. Or whenever a guy is talking to a girl he likes, ofcourse he would try his best to impress her about the things he could do.

24. Guys use words like hot or cute to describe girls. We rarely use beautiful. If a guy uses that, he likes you.

25. Guys think WAY too much. One small thing a girl does, even if she doesn't notice it can make the guy think about it for hours, trying to figure out what it meant.

Thinking’s just my norms. So it would be helpful if you always get straight to the point if you want to say something. It’ll keep me from thinking way out of the line, and will help you avoid being misunderstood.

26. Guys seek for advice from girls not other guys. Because most guys think alike, so if one guy's confused, then we're all confused.

Makes sense.

27. Any guy could write out a rulebook or advice book for flirting, but no guy can write out a book about relationships.

The opposite for me I must say. Im not a handsome guy, I have not experienced all kinds of flirting. You could check out my old personal articles in this blog, I’ve posted articles about love and relationships that might be of help to you.

28. Guys always try to be as straightforward as possible.

Of course. What you see is what you get, doesn’t apply to every guy thou, but for me, being yourself and saying things straight makes a guy a man.

29. A guy has to experience rejection, because if he's too-good-never-been-busted, never been in love and hurt, he won't be mature and grown up.

Ive been through tons of this – rejection. Not from the girls, cause I don’t usually approach women. I am socially detached to most people around me, because Im different, particularly when I was younger. Being bullied is my game and that’s why I grew tough in the outside.

30. If the guy does something stupid in front of the girl, he will think about it for the next couple days or until the next time he spends time with the girl.

I have good memories, so I can’t easily forget the stupid things that I’ve done. Haha.

31. No matter how much guys talk about asses and boobs, personality is key.

Compatibility is the key, for me. No matter who you are, even if our differences are huge, nor our attitudes don’t match, as long as we complement each other, as long as we’re happy when we’re together, its perfect.

32. Guys learn from experience not from the romance books that girls read and take as their basis of experience.

Especially when you’re a risk taker like me, you get to experience different situations and problems. Maybe Ive done a lot of mistakes, but it only means Ive learned a lot of lessons as well.

33. Guys worry about the thin line between being compassionate and being whipped.

34. If a guy looks unusually calm and laid back, he's probably faking it and is spazzing inside.

Nervous inside? In my case, whenever I cant say a word and make a firm grin, that means am trembling inside.

35. When a guy says he is going crazy about the girl, he really is. Guys rarely say that.

Ive told that to a girl just recently.. :P

36. When a guy asks you to leave him alone, he's just actually saying, "Please come and listen to me."

Maybe for some. Most of the times, guys say harsh or unusual things and they mean it. Maybe it depends on the situation, if he’s arguing with someone, definitely he means it if he’ll ask you to go fcuk off. But if he’s gloomy and sad, and he told you to leave with a cold voice, its more likely that he wants you to do otherwise. People around guys, specially their partners needs to be sensitive enough to simply understand their feelings.

37. Guys don't really have final decisions.

Yes, guys may act authoritative at times. But most of the time we are very considerate, you could tell that easily ‘cause guys always tend to ask first before making any decision whenever they are with someone or a group.

38. If a guy starts to talk seriously, listen to him. It doesn't happen that often, so when it does, you know something's up.

Guys differ in attitude; there are noisy and friendly guys and also the silent and awkward one. But they probably have a thing in common, when they’re serious, they’ll say things that truly matters. Guys might be the most hilarious and ridiculous creature you can be with, but when chances asked for it, they could be the most serious and sincere too.

39. If your best guy friend seems to avoid you or is never around when you're with your boyfriend, he's probably jealous and likes you.

40. When a guy looks at you for longer than a second, he's definitely thinking something.

If a guy looks at you in the eye and smile, it doesn’t always mean he’s checking out your face. A guy might show appreciation about your beauty and looks through words, but staring at you for long means more than simple admiration. You can make the wildest guess about what’s running on his mind, and its likely the same.

41. Guys like femininity not feebleness.

If you’re a girl and is committed, be as conservative as you can be, naturally and he will definitely appreciate it even without words.

42. Guys don't like girls who punch harder than they do.

Not a big deal though.

43. A guy has more problems than you can see with your naked eyes.

Guys have big egos. Too stubborn to admit they’re problematic. But maybe if he's close enough to someone, he might feel at ease sharing everything that bothers him, and he'll surely let his emotions flow if needed.

44. Don't be a snob. Guys can be intimidated and give up easily.

Guys don’t usually need attention from the crowd or peers. But when it comes to their partner, they need most of the attention you could give them.

45. Everything in moderation. Put on makeup, wear perfume. Just not too much.

Simplicity is beauty. Unless you are going to a f*ckin pageant, you don’t need to put on a lot of make up or dress like parrot to be called beautiful. We guys can’t be impressed with the likes of that. Let your hair down, wear a plain shirt, a jeans and a sneakers. Perfect. :)

46. Guys talk about girls more than girls talk about guys.

That I can’t say for sure. Maybe? :P

47. Guys hate rejection, but they hate being led on even more.

Men are always men, even thou most of them are not sexist, it’s a fact that guys still have larger egos than girls.

48. Guys really think that girls are strange and have unpredictable decisions and are MAD confusing but somehow are drawn even more to them.

Women are complicated beings. There are so many factors and situations that could affect their mood. There’s a lot of reason that might change their mind, plans and beliefs in just a second. 49. A guy would give his left nut to be able to read a girl's mind for a day.

That’s hilarious, although I must admit it’s true.

50. No guy can handle all his problems by his own. He's just too stubborn to admit it.

Im still looking for that someone to whom I could finally freely breathe out everything.

51. Not all guys are assholes. Just because ONE is a jackass doesnt mean he represents ALL of us.

Underlying Of Love

Can two people walk together
without agreeing on the direction?

Friendship is where everything usually starts. There are lovers who’ve started out from pure friendship; some have used friendship as a stepping stone to something more intimate, there are some who have gained mutual understanding from innocent friendship. You can seldom hear a case of lovers turned into good friends, but there is. I heard lot of stories of good friendships ruined because they tried to get out of the line and started an intimate relationship. The most common mistake they’ve made I guess, is rushing things. Most of us have a friend or two that quickly “falls in love” with a new boyfriend/girlfriend or maybe you are that friend. One week they are “in love,” the next week they break up and are heartbroken, and in a few weeks they are madly “in love” with someone new and this creates a vicious, heartbreaking cycle. Funny, yet its just around us.

To avoid situations in which you might make mistakes,

may be the biggest mistake of all.

Why am I writing this? I don’t know really, hehe maybe because I am “in” a particular situation that can relate. Well, yes I think.. Let’s just say I’m falling for someone now. And for the moment is still trying to figure out how to make my right way through for I am a stranger to her. Two decades of living, it made me think I’ve already met everyone who will play a great part in my life. Or if I’ll get to know someone better, he/she was atleast an acquaintance of mine already, although life always has something new to offer. To see one stranger from the crowd and feel a strong attraction is normal. But to know someone not personally and to feel like I can’t get enough unless I get to know her more before we even have the chance to meet, is one of a kind. For a socially awkward guy like me to have gained courage to approach someone I don’t know, it must be His will? haha I cant say for sure, I might be hallucinating.

When a young man complains that a young lady has no heart,

it is a pretty certain sign that she has his.

Our sweet nothings over the phone, and through messages flatters my heart, though I am well aware I should not assume a bit. Soaring high can result serious damage when it crash. Romance is a beautiful thing. I believe though that friendship, however, is what causes relationships to last. Slowly but surely I will make a strong foundation for our friendship from this early on. Everybody would want their husband/wife to be their best friend, am I right? I wish I could make her feel she have found someone that she really enjoy talking with. I learned that people, with any kind of relationship will spend more time talking with each other than doing anything else together, and from talking they build affection, love, respect, and trust..

No one really listens to anyone else,

and if you try it for a while you'll see why..

Trust, is what one should establish well in every relationship. Don’t you agree? Being trustworthy is a virtue, but being too trusting is not. Trust must be earned. If it is lost, it must be regained slowly. I am sure she won’t be too quick to give her heart to someone. I must wait and make sure I really deserve her trust. This is true for any type of relationship. As we mature we will grow in our ability to recognize trustworthy people. There are few people in my life that I can trust with my heart, problems, my money—everything. I have this kind of relationship with them because they have

clearly demonstrated their honesty and faithfulness over time. So then I must clearly show her I am someone worth to be trusted with all of her.

If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head.

If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.

You might find this writing full of assumptions, well.. its only me, being a positive person. Im taking the risks, again. Not because Im desperate, not because I love trouble.. But because I really do believe that in life, we do not get to our destination by chance, but we choose our direction by choice. Regret is not when we fail, but when we quit without even trying.

Random Thoughts Of People Our Age

1. More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can’t wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that’s not only better, but also more directly involves me.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong.

3. Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you’re going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed to be going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the direction from which you came, you have to first do something like check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you’re crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk.

4. I totally take back all those times I didn’t want to nap when I was younger.

5. The letters T and G are very close to each other on a keyboard. This recently became all too apparent to me and consequently I will never be ending a work email with the phrase “Regards” again.

6. There is a great need for sarcasm font.

7. Sometimes, I’ll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what the fuck was going on when I first saw it.

8. I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I’ll end up wasting 90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that everyone’s laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I’m still the only one who really, really gets it.

9. Lol has gone from meaning, “laugh out loud” to “I have nothing else to say.”

10. I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

11. How many times is it appropriate to say “What?” before you just nod and smile because you still didn’t hear what they said?

12. What would happen if I hired two private investigators to follow each other?

13. I find it hard to believe there are actually people who get in the shower first and THEN turn on the water.

14. I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t at least kind of tired.

15. Bad decisions make good stories.

16. Whenever I’m Facebook stalking someone and I find out that their profile is public I feel like a kid on Christmas morning who just got the Red Ryder BB gun that I always wanted. 546 pictures? Don’t mind if I do!

17. Why is it that during an ice-breaker, when the whole room has to go around and say their name and where they are from, I get so incredibly nervous? Like I know my name, I know where I’m from, this shouldn’t be a problem….

18. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you’ve made up your mind that you just aren’t doing anything productive for the rest of the day.

19. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don’t want to have to restart my collection.

20. I hate being the one with the remote in a room full of people watching TV. There’s so much pressure. ‘I love this show, but will they judge me if I keep it on? I bet everyone is wishing we weren’t watching this. It’s only a matter of time before they all get up and leave the room. Will we still be friends after this?’

21. I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.

22. When I meet someone new, I’m terrified of mentioning something they havn’t already told me but that I have learned from some light internet stalking.

Harry Potter Vs. Twilight

While surfing the World-Wide -Web: I wanted to share you some interesting comments kicking a discussion to give a thousand reasons on "Why Harry Potter is better than Twilight." Sorry to those Twilight fans out there, am HP-fanatic... :) 


61. Because the characters have personalities

62. Little things turn out to be very important! i.e. the locket in OOTP the bug in Hermione’s hair, secret keepers, Snape begging Harry to look at him and so much more!

63. The book grows with you and they just get better and better

64. The characters aren’t perfect therefore it is much easier to relate to them

65. J.K creates a whole new world where her fans could lose themselves in

66. Because Harry Potter is not overrated

67. Harry Potter appeals to more than just a bunch of squealing 12 year olds. J

68. You want to read more because it is a great book, not for the “hot” guys and kissing as said by some twilight fan on the twilight msn superfan page.

69. The Harry Potter characters do not try to kill themselves because they cannot be with who they want

70. Because Harry Potter doesn’t ruin your favourite bands. lol personal experience: (au revoir Paramore I can never see you the same anymore)

99. Come on! Sparkling vampires? Are you KIDDING? Vampires used to turn to dust in the sun. They used to sleep in coffins and drink human blood. Vegetarian vampires? Beautiful vampires who say stuff like, "Take care of my heart. I've left it with you." Is that supposed to be a JOKE? NOT FUNNY, MEYER! Vampires used to be cool!

100. The author backgrounds and the pressure upon them. Meyer dreamt about Edward and Bella. Poof... she decides to write about them! WHAT?! JK Rowling was a struggling woman whose talent was writing. She wrote a book and now LOOK at her! Much more impressive.

101. The flaws in the plan. If Edward's body is unable to change, how the hell did he manage to get Bella pregnant? Harry Potter has no flaws like this- NONE!

102. The problems face by the characters. Harry has been TORTURED by his aunt and uncle for 10 years! They hardly gave him anything to eat, never bought him new clothes and completely ignored what he had to say. He has to deal with the fact that Lord Voldemort is somewhere out there, ready to kill him with a huge number of followers... one of them may even be his Potions teacher... Bella's problems: she's moving to Forks. She's not pretty enough for Edward. Sparkling vampires want to hunt her down and kill her but she knows nothing will happen because she has 7 vampires protecting her. Those aren't problems...


and entertaining...


80. The characters aren't perfect. Bella is boring and whiny. Edward is a 104 year old virgin who hasn't even had a girlfriend before... I'm sorry but that just doesn't happen. Harry has flaws. He is a rule breaker and has emotional breakdowns. Hermione is extremely intelligent but at the same time, bossy and annoying. Ron walked out on Harry in the last book- that doesn't make him perfect at all.

81. The world! There's Quidditch, wizard bands, shops, a whole ministry! Sweets, villages, transport ways, clocks, pictures and oh so many things! What do the so-called-vampires have in Twilight? Nothing!

82. The names... Don't get me STARTED on the names. Lord Voldemort even sounds evil... James definitely doesn't sound evil. Dumbledore sounds good. Edward- Jacob? Plain names! Draco Malfoy is the bad boy of the school and his name sounds royal- like he believes he is- as well as someone who might be snobby. I really doubt that LAUREN sounds snobby to anyone who listens to her name alone.

83. Creatures. Elves, giants, centaurs, unicorns, Dementors, REAL VAMPIRES AND WEREWOLVES and Hipogriffs. I mean, come on... what more could you want?

84. Twilight only revolves around ONE thing and that is EDWARD. What the hell but four extremely long, boring books shouldn't all be about the hotness of a sparkling vampire. Harry Potter has much more: suspense, comedy, drama and... romance!

85. The characters are easier to relate to. All Bella cares about is having a boyfriend. There are more problems in life than having a boyfriend.

86. Hogwarts! I have a hard time dealing with the fact that Hogwarts isn't real. I mean, how the hell can JK Rowling come up with all that stuff in her mind? Moving staircases, dungeons, moving potraits and enchanted ceilings! Wow... but the school Twilight has is... Forks High School. Boring much?

87. Battles. I mean, if in the end there is supposed to be a battle, it should happen. Twilight was like... ugh. Imagine Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker talking their problems out. WTF? NO! Imagine Voldemort and Harry talking their problems out. WTF?! No!! There is supposed to be a battle and Breaking Dawn didn't have one.

88. JK Rowling cared about her characters and got us liking them only to kill some of the good ones in the end. That caused a deep emotion to rise inside us but we LOVED it! Fred died, Dobby died, Hedwig died... I was SAD but it made the book better! If there is a battle, people SHOULD die... and not just the bad guys!

89. No cheesy lines in Harry Potter such as, "The lion fell in love with the lamb." I am sorry but I'm surprised Bella didn't start laughing her head off when Edward said that to her! And people call it a MODERN love story. Pfft...

91. Fans! Harry Potter has been around for 10 years now and almost every person has heard of him. Twilight will fade- Harry Potter will live on.

92. The writing style is obviously better. Stephenie Meyer writes in flowery prose that makes people want to puke.

93. The difference in the people reading the books. Twilight is centered around the age group og 13 year old GIRLS to 18 year old GIRLS. No guys hardly EVER read Twilight... why? Because its all about love and how hot the guys are! I mean, why would STRAIGHT guys want to read about that? Harry Potter has fans from all age groups from six year olds to God knows 60 year olds! There's action so you see a lot of guys reading the books too.

Anime you can`t miss: Cowboy Bebop

I just wanted to share with you my passion in Animes'. And one recommended is the Cowboy Bebop.

This is an Anime I'd love not only for the soundtrack, I must admit is the best I heard in the anime industry, but also for the plot that made a lot of noise in the world of anime when it was released.

It has 26 episodes, directed by Shinchiro Watanabe and produced by Sunrise studio. The story presents the following context: In the year 2022 a series of interstellar gates are built along the solar system, facilitating the creation of colonies on other planets and trade between them. One day one of the doors, very close to Earth, suffers some instability that leads to an explosion of immense proportions. This explosion literally destroys half of the Moon and sweeps the surface of planet Earth, killing thousands of millions of people. Most of the surviving population then choose to migrate to colonies on other planets. While the habitants of Earth who choose to remain on the planet are forced to live underground due to the constant fall of lunar fragments on the surface. Some of the space colonies are: Venus, Mars, the moons of Jupiter: Callisto, Ganymede and Europa, among others.

Seen and given this context we find ourselves in the year 2071 at this time the bounty hunters have returned, but now they hunt down criminals in space. The main characters officiate this profession traveling through space in the Bebop (their spacecraft) seeking space for offenders and a good economic return to survive.

This group of bounty hunters is made up of:


Spike Spiegel

Born in Mars. Spike is a former member of the Red Dragon crime syndicate His past sentences him to a life of exile for being part of an ancient love triangle between his former union partner, Vicious, and a mysterious woman named Julia. Despite the carefree and weak look he is a great shooter and an expert in Jeet Kune Do.

Jet Black

Born on Ganymede. He is the most rational character of the group, he`s the more experienced one, and is also the owner of the “Bebop.” Jet is an ex-cop who lost his arm in a scuffle with a gangster while exercising his profession. He quit his job as a policeman due to the amount of corruption in it. He knows Spike belonged to the Red Dragon Mafia, but never gets into his business and only does so when he thinks he is in danger. Jet is from the start of the series who more shows his emotions in the group and who gives order to thi multifaceted group.

Faye Valentine


She is a woman who suffers from amnesia, little is known about her past, just that she awoke from a 70-year cryogenic slumber after an accident. Was deceived and she assumed the debt of the man who awoke her from her dream, and precisely becose of this is that Faye becomes a bounty hunter. Her past and her real name are not known, even to herself (the name ‘Valentine’ was given to her by a doctor), and we`ll know more about her with the progressive run of the series.

Ed

Is a young Earth girl with a pretty strange personality. She lives wandering aimlessly where life takes her. Ed does not care about the future or anything that makes sense for anyone, she just lives day by day, so it is very impulsive. Moreover, its main attribute is her hacker profile to assist the Bebop group. Her father is just like her and cares very little about the whereabouts of her daughter, although he loves her. Ed, in fact, was raised in an Earth orphanage held by a nun and her real name is Françoise.

Ein
Ein is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi breed dog and former lab animal identified as “data dog” by the scientists who created it. The terminology used in this title was never explained, however, it`s suggested that it possesses higher intelligence (which exceeds even humans), since near the end of the series it appears “hacking” a computer with ease, while previous peers attempts failed. Despite its superior intelligence, the Bebop crew does not capture this quality.


Over the episodes we’ll see how this strange group is developing one by one their personal history having Spike as main character to disclose his tortuous relationship with his old comrade Vicious which will lead to the outcome of the series.

Despite the great impact it generated in the anime world, CowBe (abbreviation which is known to the series), had great trouble reaching Japanese screens due to a murder perpetrated by young man, later justified by them as a product result of alleged influence of TV series. This episode, among others, resulted in a context in which Japanese TV signals wary of issuing any series where there was violence. Finally TV Tokyo on April 3, 1998 aired the series censoring many scenes and emitting only 13 episodes (of 26). Despite this, the material was so good that it became extremely popular and on October 23, 1999 the WOWOW signal began a new and uncensored issue of CowBe, providing all the episodes.

If, with barely 13 episodes censored in some scenes, imagine what the complete and uncensored broadcasting was! What happens is that CowBe is a series that radiates freshness from all points of view: it has very complex characters, it`s a series that doesn`t need to be followed in a cyclic fashion (although the series has a thread and develops a story that concludes at the end, the episodes can be enjoyed to perfection without having seen previous episodes) and its soundtrack deserves its own paragraph, the famous Yoko Kano was free by the producers and directors to do what she wanted, and no doubt the result is a musical gem of Jazz, Blues and some Rock. Yoko Kano put together the band, “Seatbelts” (composed of 24 musicians) and the result was so good that many of the episodes are greatly influenced by the musical atmosphere created by the “Searbelts.”

Revised for 2017~Its New Year! 2010 has ended, and like everyone else, I do expect a lot of changes and surprises to come this year, another chapter of our lives gone past. I got inspired somewhere to share something, the post asks to write 30 interesting facts about yourself. I did, here they are:


1. I’m an artist. Well, they all know
2017: And still an artist to this day, digitally though - as a Graphic Artist.


2. I’m a good liar. Nobody can find out easily, and even if they do, I can casually admit it - 'cause everybody does lie.
2017: Its easy to tell lies when you know its for the better. To say? Nowadays lying would save you from the prejudice of this sick modern world we're in.


3. Place and time of thinking : Almost everytime, and everywhere. Talking to myself seems my easiest task ever.
2017: Being an introvert is embedded in me, even though I already got a few good friends around. 

4. I’ve been keeping a lot of junks since grade school.
2017: And I've lost tons of those junks too.


5. I can sleep and wake up without moving an inch.
2017: Maybe it has changed, and I also snore now. Haha, like Ser Davos said, nothing fucks us harder than time.


6. I have a story to tell, but I couldn’t.
2017: Everybody's got untold stories. Stories we wished we have shared before forgotten.


7. Raising one side of my lips means I'm smiling, and grinning means I'm already laughing.
2017: And this still applies to me.


8. Basketball? What's that? XD
2017: This past years atleast I am already aware of NBA and shits, haha


9. I can write a long story, poem, riddle or a song, but never without my references (My blue scrap notebook and dictionary).
2017: It has been a long time since I was able to write anything, niether for my blog or personal.


10. I love french fries! But recently I got UTI. so gotta avoid it as much as I can.. haha
2017: I have totally failed to AVOID this abomination, fries anyone? 


11. My favorite expressions are “Amp." "What the..." Tss.” and "Awts."
2017: Getting old and experiencing more fucked up shit in life must have contributed to my expression upgrade. Now its easier to curse !@#%&#$! a lot. LOL


12. I can't punch. I kick, and you better watch your head.
2017: And my Taekwondo-fit body is... gone! Now a good big belly is my greatest asset.


13. When I like a person, I do and just that. When I hate one, I simply don't care. Other way, if someone likes me, It'll make me happy and just that. When someone hates me, I don't fuckin' care more.
2017: This never change, though if at work I got to be a little tolerant and learnt how to make face. :D


14. I badly want to make friends, but I wouldn't.
I stopped trying, most of them come and go anyway. In the end you'll have noone to trust but your own family.


15. I don't fear the dark, and don't believe in ghosts, paranormal creatures and such, for I've never seen one yet in my two decades of living.
2017: To this day, paranormal stories from people my age put curves in my lips. 


16. I don’t have a nice voice and piano is the only instrument I could play.
2017: Same old same old.


17. Back in my childhood, I had a variety of weird pets. Like native roosters, birds like the wild mayas and crows, a dove captured at Luneta, a baby bat, turtles (I still have one Malayan Box Turtle today), even the snapping turtle from the river, small crabs (talangka), and more.
2017: I got more dogs, no cats, but recently my Hedgehog "Henry" just died.


18. I want to finish College, but I need to work. I know people who wastes their parents' money and years taking Courses to play around. Giving no importance of the opportunities they freely had that someone like I couldn't have.
2017: Meeting OJT, interns and newly grad these days is disappointing. This generation has become more self-entitled than ever. (Most of them, not all)


19. I can't dance hip hop, I do ballroom.
2017: Nope.


20. During college, I joined the Theatre Arts Club and came to like it, its a place where you can act stupid and exaggerated without being laugh at - because we all do the same.
2017: I miss this.

21. As much as I love logic and reasoning, I usually fail to throw a piece of humor in any conversation. 
2017: I've learned a few good jokes and pick-up lines now. But I still suck at being funny. Haha


22. I despise gay people, they're awful. 
2017: Correction I guess, not gay people but most cross dressers who can't accept the gender that they were given. Regardless of what your heart says, just look in between your legs and stop fooling yourself.


23. I think there's too much blood in my caffeine system. XD
2017: Coffee is life. But more coffee is Lifer.


24. I don't read the Bible, but I could recite important verses from It. I made few thoughts from It as the foundation of my beliefs and way in life. Well, I'm raised religiously though basically I'm a Realist.
2017: Why is it so hard for other people to accept that Religion can't save anyone. But its one's morality that do. A little respect can stop everyone from shoving their own faith and beliefs to each other's throats. If there is Someone out there who will save us from doom? I believe He will favor anyone through their kind hearts. Not through their religion or sect.


25. I don’t miss my elementary school friends. I had none, I guess.
2017: I was different, and young peculiar children are always meant to be outcasts.


26. Someday, I really want to travel around as a freelance photographer.
2017: I guess I already did start. I've already visited atleast one place from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. And there are more places on my list now.


27. I'm always silent, I seldom speak my heart out. But whenever I say something straight, I mean it. Sure I do.
2017: I don't play with words. That's it.


28. I still keep on thinking as to how I can serve Him, for I've been failing Him quite long, well...
2017: I could say I'm now so good at failing Him. As He was at failing me.

29. I haven’t drawn for quite some time now. I can't seem to find some drive and inspiration nowadays.
2017: I wish I could still experience having so much time I could freely create things for myself.


30. I loved one stranger recently, and will ever be.
